I purchased office pro plus from www. The link to download and install office worked fine but when I check my product key on Microsoft it says my product key is invalid. When I initially open one of the apps like word, it says the account I logged in with is not associated with any Microsoft programs or licences.
When I click try again, the apps just open and work. Most would be satisfied with this but im still perturbed by the fact my product key dosnt seem to exist. Does Office pro plus just silently activate on your PC when you log in or have I been scammed? Cant quite work out whats going on. This is the page I get when I click on Account in Word.

I still seem to have pro plus and now Pro plus installed as per my original image even though I uninstalled first. Ill just wait and see if I try to get charged in a months time for had trial version pre installed on laptop with 30 day free trial before I use the uninstall tool Andre linked too.

It lets organizations provide popular Microsoft software titles at significant discounts over the retail pricing. Its a pretty good deal. Office is a subscription, while Office is a standalone product which often requires a product key to activate. The only way you could activate that Office is by signing in with your organization account email and password.
What you should do is remove the Office Pro Plus software now installed then download Office Pro Plus and install that then you should be able to use your product key.
Proceed to reinstall Office from the ISO again. You should have received a confirmation email with a direct link to download Office Pro Plus. If you did not, here are the steps to download and install it. Select the Order History link in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Enter the work email address that you used to buy Office. This will send an email to yourself that contains a link to your order history. In the email you receive, select the link to view your order history. On the Order History web page, select your order number. Click the Install button the page, should say 'Install 32 bit' After the download and installation is complete, launch any of the Office applications such as Word In the Enter your product key screen, enter the product key to activate Office.
Agree to the License terms by selecting Accept and start Word. Just enter your product key when prompted by the Virtual Support Agent. You are welcome Jordan, There are some reports that the Office installation can cause a conflict, so, if it does, you might have to use the fix it completely uninstall both then install Office Pro Plus directly.
